On 8th May 2025, Manjusha Museum hosted a heartwarming and inclusive summer camp in collaboration with the Sanidhya Day Care Centre, Ujire, welcoming specially abled children, many of whom live with Down Syndrome. The event was filled with smiles, creativity, and meaningful interactions. The children enthusiastically participated in tie-dye printing activities, creating vibrant designs on cotton bags, handkerchiefs, and T-shirts. Their joy and creativity brought life to the museum grounds and beautifully embodied the spirit of inclusion and expression. Adding to the cheerful atmosphere, scout boys and girls from local schools in Dharmasthala also joined the event. Their presence made the day even more colourful and fostered a sense of camaraderie and community spirit. The summer camp stood as a shining example of how museums can be spaces of learning, creativity, and inclusivity for all.
